We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Staff Accountant to support the financial operations of our clients organization. The ideal candidate is experienced in core accounting functions, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and able to take ownership of key processes with minimal oversight.
Responsibilities:
Perform month-end close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis
Maintain and analyze the general ledger to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
Prepare financial statements, management reports, and supporting schedules
Support budgeting and forecasting efforts; assist leadership with financial insights and analytics
Oversee AP/AR processes, cash management, and expense reporting as needed
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
3-5+ years of progressive accounting experience
Proficiency with accounting systems and advanced Excel skills

Contract-to-hire with competitive compensation between $30-$40/hr dependent on experience
