Senior Staff Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Staff Accountant to support the financial operations of our client's organization. The ideal candidate has strong experience in core accounting functions, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is able to take ownership of key processes with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with month-end close activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and basic variance analysis
• Maintain the general ledger and ensure accurate, timely recording of financial transactions
• Prepare and support financial reports, schedules, and documentation for internal use
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes, including data collection and analysis
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities, cash management, and expense reporting as needed
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 3-5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Proficiency with accounting systems and advanced Excel skills
