Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Member Services Administrator to support our client's Agent Care/Member Services team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to learn quickly. You will provide administrative support, manage member notifications, and assist with inquiries to ensure smooth and professional experience for our members. This is a temporary position working a 36 hour work week in office Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities:

· Process inbound and outbound mail, emails, and faxes, ensuring accurate routing.

· Maintain and update work trackers and daily correspondence reports.

· Review notifications and update member information as needed.

· Communicate empathetically and professionally with members to answer questions and explain processes.

· Assist with gathering documentation for claims and related requests.

· Complete administrative tasks to support the claims department.

· Ensure timely completion of assigned requests and projects.

· Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Requirements:

· 1+ years of office or customer service experience (internships or volunteer work accepted). Bachelor's Degree preferred.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer service mindset.

· Ability to learn processes and software systems quickly; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

· Detail-oriented with strong data entry and organizational skills.

· Self-starter who can troubleshoot and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

· Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

· Reliable and able to maintain confidentiality and integrity in all tasks.
