Our client is seeking an entry-level Recruiting Coordinator to support a fast-paced HR and Talent Acquisition team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or grow a career in Human Resources or Recruiting. The role begins as a contract position with the opportunity to convert to permanent and is 100% onsite, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM.

The Recruiting Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring smooth hiring processes by supporting sourcing, screening, scheduling, and ongoing communication with candidates. This position works closely with Recruiters and HR leadership and offers hands-on exposure to full-cycle recruiting and cross-training within HR functions.

Responsibilities

  • Support the full recruiting life cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, background checks, and offer coordination

  • Screen resumes and identify qualified candidates for open positions

  • Maintain regular communication with applicants, providing job details and interview coordination

  • Source candidates using job boards, social media, networking, and recruiting tools

  • Collaborate with Recruiters to develop creative strategies to increase candidate flow

  • Post job openings across various platforms and manage applicant tracking

  • Participate in career fairs and recruitment events as needed

  • Prepare recruitment reports by collecting and summarizing data and trends

  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, internal policies, and best practices

  • Receive cross-training in additional Recruiting and HR department functions

Qualifications

  • Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply

  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred (Human Resources or related field ideal)

  • Internship or prior exposure to HR or recruiting is a plus

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment

  • Proactive, hands-on attitude with a willingness to learn

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately

  • Proficiency with MS Office and ability to learn new systems quickly
