Our client is seeking a Call Center Representative to support inbound and outbound customer communications during the 2nd shift. This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional who is comfortable handling high-volume calls, documenting interactions accurately, and providing consistent, high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls in a high-volume call center environment

• Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner

• Accurately document call details, customer information, and resolutions in internal systems

• Follow established call scripts, workflows, and service guidelines

• Escalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams as needed

• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail while multitasking

• Meet individual and team performance metrics, including call quality and productivity standards

• Provide general administrative and call support as needed

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills

• Customer-service driven with a professional phone presence

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume call environment

• Ability to navigate multiple systems while on calls

• Reliable and punctual, with availability to work 2nd shift hours

• Prior call center, customer service, or contact center experience preferred but not required
