A top Michigan law firm has partnered with Beacon Hill Legal to find their next Complex Litigation Associate. Qualified candidates will have at least 3 years of substantive litigation experience including drafting pleadings and briefs, managing discovery, and some in-court and deposition exposure. This is an excellent opportunity to handle cases through trial and appeal in a hands-on manner, including assisting with case strategy, communicating with clients and opposing counsel directly, and managing expert witnesses.
