This well-established law firm in Raleigh, NC, seeks a Commercial Litigation Paralegal for a direct-hire, permanent position. You will work with successful attorneys supporting complex commercial litigation, commercial creditor bankruptcy matters, and collection cases.
To be considered, Paralegal candidates should have at least three years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal with a demonstrated understanding and strong working knowledge of complex commercial litigation, commercial creditor bankruptcy matters, and collection cases.
Responsibilities include:
- Proofing, editing, and formatting documents.
- Analyze and coordinate the gathering of information, materials, documents, reports, and evidence.
- Maintain a legal calendaring system to ensure timely compliance with various legal deadlines.
- Entering documents into the case management system.
- E-filing
