We are working with a boutique law firm seeking a highly skilled attorney with a strong background in Chapter 11, Chapter 7, and Chapter 12 restructuring, bankruptcy, and complex financial services matters. The ideal candidate will have at least two (2) years of experience representing debtors, creditors, investors, and other stakeholders in high-stakes financial restructurings and insolvency proceedings.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent clients in complex Chapter 11 cases, out-of-court restructurings, distressed asset transactions, and related litigation.
Advise financial institutions, private equity sponsors, hedge funds, and corporate clients on bankruptcy strategy, credit issues, and insolvency risks.
Draft and negotiate restructuring agreements, DIP financing documents, and bankruptcy court pleadings.
Conduct legal research and analysis to support sophisticated financial transactions and adversarial proceedings.
