We're seeking a Lab Technician to support laboratory operations by preparing and evaluating lab-scale samples, maintaining equipment, and assisting in process development. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with chemical processes and collaborating across technical teams to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze lab-scale samples for ongoing technical initiatives and production support

• Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain laboratory equipment used in sample generation

• Conduct property testing and contribute to process scale-up activities

• Maintain detailed records, notebooks, and digital logs to ensure data accuracy

• Perform stoichiometric calculations manually and via software

• Research and compile technical information to support lab operations and troubleshooting

• Comply with safety standards, environmental regulations, and internal protocols

• Communicate effectively with team members and assist in providing timely data to support customer needs

• Support multiple ongoing projects under guidance from various technical leads

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in a laboratory or chemical processing environment

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field (preferred)

• Familiarity with lab safety standards, SOPs, and environmental health protocols

• Strong math and problem-solving skills, especially in stoichiometry

• Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a dynamic setting
