This group represents a variety of sophisticated clients, from start-up, middle market, and emerging growth companies to private equity and hedge funds. Matters include M&A, PE/VC transactions, private placements, joint ventures, commercial contracting, and general corporate matters.
Their ideal Associate candidate will have 3+ years of corporate law experience and can expect a salary in the low-twos. This firm has no billable hour requirement (associates typically bill ~1850) and operates on a hybrid model.
