Beacon Hill Legal is partnering with an Am Law firm seeking a Finance Associate Attorney to join their Healthcare team - but don't count yourself out upon hearing healthcare! The team is open to attorneys with solid commercial finance experience, regardless of prior healthcare exposure.
This position requires 2-4+ years of experience as a licensed finance attorney and is not open to finance professionals without a JD and bar admission in good standing. Attorneys should be comfortable managing due diligence, drafting and negotiating loan documents, and running closings.
This firm offers a hybrid schedule (3 in, 2 out) and this position can sit in either their Chicago, Cleveland, or Columbus office. Compensation at this firm varies by geographic location; Ohio office starts first years at $200k and Chicago starts first years at $215k.
