Looking to try cases and argue appeals while keeping your weekends? A hybrid boutique litigation firm in MSP is growing steadily and looking for their next Associates.
This is a true "Midwest Nice" firm with genuine people doing excellent work in a collaborative environment. Each partner has a primary area of focus and the majority of partners at are Chambers Ranked. Associates will have exposure to all practice areas to begin with before moving to an area of focus, including:
- Appellate
- Commercial Litigation
- Employment Litigation and Investigations
- Construction
- Catastrophic Loss
Their ideal candidate has 3-6 years of litigation experience and can expect compensation in the mid-hundreds depending on experience. Associates are bonus eligible after 1700 billable hours and there are both hours-based and performance-based bonuses. If interested in a path to partnership, partners are happy to give a custom timeline depending on experience.
