Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to credit union members regarding early-stage delinquency accounts

Provide exceptional customer service while working with members to resolve past due balances

Accurately document all call interactions and outcomes

Communicate with clients and members professionally via phone and email

Navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously

Follow proper procedures for data security and compliance
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong written and verbal communication skills
-
Ability to type approximately 40 words per minute

Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, and occasional multiplication/division
-
High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
-
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to multi-task effectively

Professional demeanor with the ability to remain calm and courteous during challenging calls

Reliable attendance, including availability to work evenings, Saturdays, and some holidays
-
Must meet productivity and quality standards (e.g., 21 outbound calls/hour and 72%+ quality review score)
