Inventory / Receiving Clerk - On-site | Full-Time
We're searching for a motivated and detail-oriented Inventory/Receiving Clerk to join a small, fast-paced operations team. This person will handle incoming materials, maintain accurate inventory records, support cycle counts, and make sure every discrepancy is fully resolved. If you have warehouse inventory experience and are comfortable working within ERP systems, this role offers a great opportunity to make an immediate impact.
What You'll Do
* Receive and verify incoming materials against purchase orders
* Label, document, and enter receipts into the ERP system
* Assign products to correct BIN locations and maintain inventory accuracy
* Support cycle counts and annual physical inventory
* Research and resolve discrepancies from start to finish
* Fulfill material requests from production and ensure timely movement
* Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and efficient
