A growing tech company in Culver City is seeking a Senior Staff Accountant on a temp-to-perm basis to support the accounting team through month-end close and ongoing financial operations. This role is ideal for a hands-on accountant with strong NetSuite experience who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and reclasses

• Lead month-end and assist with quarter-end close processes

• Perform account reconciliations for balance sheet and income statement accounts

• Support financial reporting and variance analysis

• Assist with revenue and expense analysis

• Maintain and improve accounting processes and internal controls

• Partner cross-functionally with FP&A and operations

• Support audit and ad hoc accounting projects

Qualifications

• 4+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a tech or high-growth environment

• NetSuite experience highly preferred

• Strong knowledge of GAAP and month-end close

• Experience with accruals, prepaids, and balance sheet reconciliations

• Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently
