Beacon Hill Legal is seeking licensed attorneys to join our Managed Review Services group as Review Managers.

This is a remote, work-from-home opportunity but candidates must reside in one of the following states:

MI, PA, DE, VA, MD, or DC

Responsibilities

• Oversee teams of 5-50 project-based attorneys and ensure the quality of their work product.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and manage client and vendor expectations.
• Train attorney teams on the substantive legal issues relevant to each project.
• Monitor team progress, provide client-facing reporting, and ensure quality deliverables from start to finish.
• Execute quality control and assurance best practices, including statistical sampling, advanced searching techniques, and the application of custom scripts.
• Report daily on project progress, productivity, and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate (JD) degree and active admission to a state bar in any U.S. jurisdiction.
• 2+ years of experience managing document review projects.
• 5+ years of experience as a document review attorney in any capacity.
• Experience administering document review databases, including Relativity.
• Experience with all phases of the EDRM, including identification, preservation, collection, review, and production.
• Familiarity with statistical sampling, email threading, near-duplicate identification, clustering, and predictive coding.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, and formatting).
• Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities; effective team collaborator.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation

• $50-$60/hr, flat rate (unless otherwise required by state law).
