Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Manufacturing Operator to support our production team in the packaging, bottling, and quality control processes. This role ensures that products are accurately packaged and bottled while meeting all quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, the ability to follow procedures, and a commitment to maintaining product integrity throughout the production process.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor bottling and packaging machinery to ensure smooth production flow
Perform routine visual inspections of products for defects, inconsistencies, or contamination
Assist with the setup, calibration, and cleaning of production equipment
Label and package products according to standard operating procedures and specifications
Maintain a clean and organized work area, complying with all hygiene and safety standards
Record production and quality data accurately, and report any issues or deviations
Support quality control checks and report any out-of-spec products to the supervisor
Adhere to company policies and procedures, including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
Collaborate with team members and shift leads to meet production targets and deadlines
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a manufacturing, packaging, or bottling environment preferred
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Basic math and record-keeping skills
Good communication and teamwork skills
Willingness to work in a fast-paced, repetitive environment
Flexibility to work various shifts and overtime as required
Working Conditions:
Exposure to machinery, noise, and production materials
Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required
May involve working in temperature-controlled or clean room environments
