We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Certified Pharmacy Technician to join our team in Gainesville, FL. The ideal candidate will have an active Florida Pharmacy Technician license, strong technical skills, and a passion for providing high-quality pharmaceutical care. Compounding experience is highly preferred, as this role involves assisting in the preparation of customized medications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support licensed pharmacists in preparing, labeling, and dispensing prescription and non-prescription medications.

• Perform non-sterile and (if applicable) sterile compounding following USP guidelines and company protocols.

• Accurately enter and verify prescription and patient data into pharmacy systems.

• Maintain clean and organized workspaces, including compounding areas.

• Monitor and manage inventory, including ordering supplies and checking for expired stock.

• Ensure compliance with all state and federal pharmacy regulations.

• Deliver excellent customer service to patients and healthcare providers.

Qualifications:

• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) credential required.

• Active Florida Pharmacy Technician License (must be in good standing).

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous compounding experience strongly preferred.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow precise instructions.

• Familiarity with pharmacy software systems is a plus.
