Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Registered Pharmacist to join our growing pharmacy team in Jackson, TN. This first-shift position offers a stable schedule and an excellent opportunity to advance your career in a collaborative and supportive environment. The ideal candidate is licensed in the state of Tennessee and has experience or interest in sterile compounding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispense medications accurately and efficiently in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations

• Review and verify prescriptions for accuracy and completeness

• Provide drug information and counseling to patients and healthcare providers

• Ensure compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations

• Maintain accurate patient and inventory records

• Participate in sterile compounding preparation, procedures, and safety protocols (preferred)

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient care

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of pharmacy operations

Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted Registered Pharmacist license in the state of Tennessee (Required)

• Strong understanding of pharmacy laws, regulations, and best practices

• Sterile compounding experience or certification preferred, but not required.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• High attention to detail and commitment to patient safety

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
