About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail‑oriented Medical Technologist to join our laboratory team. The ideal candidate will perform high‑complexity testing, ensure accurate and timely results, and uphold high standards of quality and compliance within a clinical lab environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform complex laboratory testing across multiple disciplines with accuracy and efficiency
• Analyze results and ensure all documentation meets regulatory and quality standards
• Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot laboratory instruments
• Follow established protocols for quality control and proficiency testing
• Collaborate with clinicians and laboratory staff to support patient care
• Ensure all testing complies with CLIA, CAP, and other regulatory requirements

Requirements

• ASCP certification required (MT/MLS or equivalent)
• Experience working in a clinical or medical laboratory setting preferred
• Strong understanding of laboratory instrumentation, testing methodologies, and quality control processes
• Excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong communication and documentation skills
