We are seeking candidates with 1+ years of undergraduate research experience or industry laboratory experience using wet laboratory techniques and the ability to follow detailed, multi-step protocols in a regulated research environment.

This role supports a specialized laboratory that works with biological samples and assays for research purposes. The focus is on standardized sample handling, processing, tracking, and quality control to ensure consistency and reliability of downstream analyses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day laboratory operations in a process-driven research environment

• Perform routine wet lab activities following established procedures and documentation requirements

• Assist with handling, preparation, and organization of biological samples

• Enter and maintain accurate records related to laboratory activities

• Communicate with internal research teams to support study-related laboratory workflows

• Assist with routine checks and upkeep of laboratory instruments and workspaces

• Follow quality, safety, and compliance guidelines at all times

Qualifications:

Education / Experience (Required):

• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or a related field plus 1 year of laboratory experience, or

• Master's degree in a related field plus 6 months of laboratory experience

• Combinations of relevant education and hands-on lab experience will be considered

Skills (Required):

• Experience working in a wet lab environment and following complex protocols

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy

• Effective written and verbal communication skills

• Professional, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities

• Demonstrated commitment to quality and compliance
