General:
Fully remote Staff Pharmacist position (after up to 3 days of onsite training)
- *MUST be licensed in Kentucky*
Standard day shift hours (~9:00am-5:00pm)
Responsibilites:
Primary duties include prescription verification and dispensing (PV1 & PV2)
No direct compounding responsibilities
Ensure compliance with HIPAA, state, and federal regulations
Requirements:
- Kentucky pharmacist license required
PharmD required; 2-3 years of experience preferred but not required
