Monday-Friday: 9:00am-5:3pm
Key Responsibilities
* Serve as PIC for a 503A sterile compounding pharmacy
* Ensure compliance with federal, state, and USP sterile compounding regulations
* Oversee quality assurance, compliance programs, audits, inspections, and licensing
* Maintain policies, procedures, and regulatory documentation
* Collaborate on pharmacy operations, quality initiatives, and compliance matters
* Support investigations, corrective actions, and pharmacy expansion efforts
Qualifications
* Active pharmacist licenses in TX, FL, IL, LA, and IA; eligible to serve as PIC in Texas
* Sterile compounding and USP <797> experience preferred
* Prior PIC, Pharmacy Manager, Compliance, or QA experience preferred
