Job Title: Payroll Manager
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Payroll Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely payment to our employees. You will collaborate with multiple departments to validate payroll data, resolve discrepancies, and provide excellent service to our staff.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee end-to-end payroll processing, including salary calculations, deductions, and benefits administration (retirement, insurance, healthcare, etc.).
Conduct regular payroll audits to ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
Collaborate with HR and finance departments to integrate payroll and employee data seamlessly.
Process new hires, terminations, promotions, and other employee status changes accurately in the payroll system.
Resolve payroll discrepancies promptly and investigate any issues.
Generate payroll reports, including tax filings, benefits deductions, and other regulatory submissions.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, providing exceptional support.
Maintain confidentiality and data security for all payroll-related information.
Stay current with payroll regulations, tax laws, and industry trends, implementing necessary updates.
Qualifications:
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
3+ years of payroll management or similar accounting experience.
In-depth knowledge of payroll processes, labor laws, taxation, and statutory compliance.
Experience managing payroll audits and compliance assessments.
Proficiency in payroll software and system management.
Strong understanding of accounting principles related to payroll.
Experience with multi-state payroll processing.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Preferred:
Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or other relevant payroll certifications.
Experience with ADP payroll, time, and attendance systems.
