Job Description: HR Support Specialist (3-Month Contract)
Location: Plymouth, MN (Onsite 3 days a week, Remote 2 days)

Overview:
Beacon Hill's client is seeking an HR Support Specialist to join their HR Team in supporting their administrative and HR functions. This role will primarily support managers by assisting in recruitment and HR administrative tasks for all locations. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and has experience working in applicant tracking systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Support:

    • Place job ads and schedule interviews for store managers.
    • Screen candidate responses and coordinate interview logistics.
    • Manage interview scheduling and communication with candidates.
    • Ensure all scheduling details are accurate and timely.
  • HR Administration:

    • Create and submit offer letters in the ATS system.
    • Assist store managers with HR administrative tasks and processes.
    • Maintain accurate records and ensure the completion of all HR paperwork.
    • Partner with HR team to ensure all offer letters are processed and delivered.
    • Ensure strong attention to detail and follow-up on all administrative tasks to completion.

Requirements:

  • Detail-oriented with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Previous experience in ATS or CRM systems is ideal.
  • Proficient in computer systems and software, with a strong focus on HR tools and administrative work.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage calendars, scheduling, and follow-ups efficiently.
  • Ability to work independently and manage remote work tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to partner with store managers and HR teams.
  • Proactive, self-driven, and motivated with a strong sense of pride in work.

Working Hours:

  • Full-time contract role, 7 AM - 4 PM or 8 AM - 5 PM.
  • Onsite at Plymouth office Monday to Wednesday, working from home Thursday and Friday.
  • Laptop will be provided for remote work days
