Our client is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeper to join their team. This fully remote role, based in Minneapolis, offers flexibility and a supportive work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee invoice processing and ensure timely payment.
- Review and process employee expense reports in line with company policies.
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online.
- Assist with invoicing, payment tracking, and related tasks.
- Provide accounting-related support within the organization's practice-management system.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and general bookkeeping principles.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
