Job description:

We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Technical Operations & Process Improvement Coordinator to join our team. As a Technical Operations & Process Improvement Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of our projects by coordinating various aspects, managing risks and issues, and serving as a change management lead.

  • Responsibilities:

  • Assist with coordinating eCR Onboarding with AIMS: Act as the primary point of contact and liaison between our organization and AIMS during the eCR onboarding process. Facilitate effective communication, ensuring that all parties are informed and aligned on project objectives, timelines, and deliverables. Coordinate the integration of eCR systems, addressing any technical issues or barriers that may arise.
  • Coordinating Projects: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective coordination and communication across different project stakeholders. Prepare project reports and documentation, providing regular updates to project managers and senior leadership.
  • Change management: Act as the primary driver for change management activities related to the projects. Develop change management plans and strategies to support project implementation and adoption. Coordinate and facilitate change management activities, including training, communication, and stakeholder engagement. Monitor the impact of changes and assess their effectiveness, making recommendations for adjustments as needed.
  • Process Improvement Methodology: Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and systems. Identify areas for improvement and propose innovative solutions. Implement process changes and ensure user adoption. Act as a subject matter expert on business processes. Stay updated on industry best practices and trends.
  • Qualifications:
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented, excellent documentation and process workflow development with a passion and skillset focusing on accuracy and quality.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software and knowledge of project management methodologies.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry, data exchange and familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
  • Experience with electronic case reporting (eCR).
