Beacon Hill Associates is seeking a highly detail-oriented Inventory Specialist for a contract position in Atlanta, GA. This role will manage inventory, ensure meticulous documentation, and maintain accurate stock tracking. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in cycle counting, FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory management, and medical inventory control. This is an in-office, five-day-a-week opportunity.

Daily Duties:

• Conduct cycle counting to ensure inventory accuracy and prevent discrepancies.
• Apply FIFO methodology to track product usage and expiration dates effectively.
• Identify and manage expired products, ensuring proper disposal or write-off when necessary.
• Sort and categorize supplies into designated bins to maintain an organized inventory system.
• Document all inventory movements with 100% accuracy in Excel, Workday, and Epic.
• Maintain meticulous records to track stock levels at store opening and closing, ensuring all inventory is accounted for.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year in medical inventory management.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel, Workday, and Epic for data entry and inventory tracking.
• Attention to Detail: Extreme accuracy in documentation.
• Organizational Skills: Strong ability to maintain order and follow inventory protocols.
