Beacon Hill Associates is seeking an Operations Coordinator for a contract-to-hire position located in Cumming, GA. This role specializes in providing administrative and operational support to a high-traveling executive while ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. The position involves handling expenses, managing emails, assisting with invoices, and serving as the go-to person for various office needs. This is an in-office, 5-days-a-week opportunity.

Daily Duties:

  • Provide executive support to the owner, including handling travel itineraries and operational needs.

  • Manage expense reports, including uploading receipts and job costing in Center.

  • Assist staff with invoices, purchase orders, and general operational questions.

  • Oversee email management, flagging important emails and responding as needed.

  • Coordinate miscellaneous administrative and operational tasks to ensure efficiency.

  • Act as a key point of contact within the office, supporting sales and operations teams.

Ideal Candidate:

  • 3-5 years of professional experience, preferably in a small, private company.

  • Strong operational mindset with an understanding of business functions such as prospecting, sales, and customer service.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

  • Flexibility, self-starter mentality, and willingness to wear multiple hats.

  • Bachelor's degree is recommended but not required.

  • Must live within a 15-minute drive of Cumming, GA.
