Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and highly motivated Molecular Biologist to join our vibrant research team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Innovative Research: Conduct cutting-edge molecular biology experiments, including gene expression analysis, DNA/RNA extraction, PCR, cloning, and CRISPR-based gene editing techniques.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize bioinformatics tools and molecular techniques to analyze experimental data, draw insights, and contribute to scientific publications.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including biochemists, geneticists, and clinicians, to drive interdisciplinary projects forward.
  • Troubleshooting & Optimization: Apply your problem-solving skills to refine experimental methodologies and overcome technical challenges.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of experiments, prepare reports, and communicate findings to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Stay Ahead of Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in molecular biology techniques and incorporate innovative strategies into ongoing research.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Molecular Biology, Genetics, Biochemistry, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in molecular biology techniques, including PCR, qPCR, gel electrophoresis, Western blotting, and next-generation sequencing.
  • Strong understanding of bioinformatics tools and data analysis software.
  • Ability to work both independently and in collaborative, team-oriented environments.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail.
