Client Job Description:
We're Looking for a Proactive and Detail-Oriented Litigation Paralegal!
As a key member of the team, you'll assist attorneys at every stage of exciting and high-profile litigation matters. If you're someone who thrives on researching, managing case files, and keeping everything organized, this role is for you! You'll be actively involved in tasks ranging from conducting in-depth legal research and data entry, to coordinating schedules and handling critical ad-hoc requests to support trial prep and case progression. This is your chance to make an immediate impact and work on diverse legal cases with a team that values collaboration and excellence.
Responsibilities
- Legal facts and basic legal research
- Provide litigation support, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
- Assist attorneys in trial prep and attend trial as needed
- Organize and electronically file pleadings
- Coordinate and schedule calendars
Qualifications
- Associates Degree - Certification in Office Management is a plus
- 3+ years as a litigation Legal Assistant or Paralegal
