Beacon Hill is working closely with a full-service law firm based in Atlanta seeking an IP litigation associate. Qualified candidates will have at least 2 years of patent and trademark litigation experience with in a sophisticated practice. Experience drafting pleadings and motions, taking and defending depositions, and attending hearings is required.
This is a partner track position with a reasonable billable requirement and strong comp, bonus, and benefits. This team works closely together and is mostly in the office (near Truist Park in Atlanta).
Candidates must be licensed and in good standing to practice law in Georgia. Strong research and writing skills required.
