Position Summary:
Responsible for preparing tax, title, and legal transfer documents for vehicle sales, as well as costing and posting deals to accounting records.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position does not have direct supervisory responsibilities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare tax and title documents promptly.
  • Review contracts to ensure they meet required specifications.
  • Submit legal transfer documents to the DMV in a timely manner.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction (CSI) at or above company standards.
  • Process paperwork efficiently and accurately.
  • Maintain organized files of tax and legal transfer documents.

Verbal and Writing Ability:

  • Ability to interact courteously and professionally with customers, both in writing and verbally.

Math and Reasoning Ability:

  • Ability to apply basic reasoning to carry out simple instructions and solve standard issues.

Work Environment:

  • Primarily office-based, with frequent clerical duties and interaction with both customers and employees.

Physical Demands:

  • The role involves sitting, using hands for tasks, and communication via speaking and listening.
