We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Paralegal to join our Business Litigation team in a fully remote capacity.
Key Responsibilities:
● Organize and maintain electronic files, update document indexes, and ensure case materials are current and accessible
● Draft, proofread, and edit legal documents, including subpoenas, motions, pleadings, discovery, and correspondence
● Conduct legal research on case dockets, statutes, regulations, and background information
● Track deadlines, assist with discovery coordination, and gather information from clients and witnesses
● Communicate with clients under the direction of senior paralegals and attorneys
● Assist with preparation of exhibits, trial/arbitration binders, and other litigation support materials
● Upload, search, and produce documents using eDiscovery platforms (experience with Relativity is a plus)
● Support senior paralegals and attorneys with a variety of litigation-related projects
Qualifications:
● 3-5 years of litigation defense paralegal experience
● Familiarity with document management systems (iManage, NetDocuments etc.)
● Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
● Ability to thrive in a remote, team-oriented environment
● Billable hour requirement
