AmLaw firm is seeking to add an experienced Mid-Level Commercial Litigation Associate to its growing team in Tampa. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of traditional litigation experience; exposure to class action matters is a plus but not required.
The role involves handling complex litigation in both State and Federal courts, including matters related to antitrust, class actions, and other sophisticated legal issues.
Qualifications:
- Strong academic credentials
Excellent research and writing skills
Admitted to practice in Florida; admission to the Southern District of Florida is preferred
