A wealth maangement firm in Houston is looking to bring on a Client Service Associate to help support their team. This is a fully onsite M-F role and salary is $60-70k. Candidates must have their Series 7 and/or Series 66 to be considered.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a central point of contact for clients, helping coordinate service requests and providing general account support
Assist in organizing client interactions, preparing for meetings, and maintaining account documentation
Help onboard new relationships and manage information across internal platforms
Support ongoing account activity monitoring and assist with ensuring accurate data and compliance standards
Provide general office and operational support as needed, helping streamline workflows across the team
Participate in internal initiatives and contribute to team-wide client service standards
Qualifications
Previous experience in a professional office or financial services environment (3+ years preferred)
FINRA Series 7 and/or 66 license(s) required
Familiarity with common business software tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
