Beacon Hill Associates is seeking a Procurement Coordinator for a contract-to-hire position located in Roswell, GA. This role specializes in sourcing, negotiating, and processing purchase orders and service contracts. The position involves maintaining supplier relationships, ensuring legal compliance, and supporting project teams to meet operational goals. This is an in-office 5 days a week opportunity.
Daily Duties:
* Conduct RFx processes for materials and services
* Review and analyze vendor responses, providing initial recommendations
* Prepare and process legally compliant purchase orders, work orders, agreements, and applicable change orders
* Facilitate negotiations of purchase order and agreement terms and conditions
* Maintain complete and accurate procurement files (POs and IPOs)
* Ensure timely delivery of materials and performance of services
* Communicate and collaborate with project managers, engineers, and operations personnel
* Input and maintain necessary procurement data in SAP and other internal systems
* Support and cross-train with Procurement Services team as needed
* Other duties as assigned
Ideal Candidate:
* Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar procurement role in a fast-paced office setting
* High school diploma or GED required
* Experience with contract negotiation, purchase order processing, and vendor management
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; SAP experience preferred
* Strong attention to detail and time management skills
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
* Excellent communication skills and ability to maintain professional relationships with internal teams and vendors
* Adaptability, confidentiality, and multitasking are essential traits
