We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join a collaborative, close-knit team in a Minneapolis office. Prepare and reconcile financial reports between multiple systems
Perform journal entries and account reconciliations
Conduct financial analysis to support leadership decision-making
Requirements:
Strong hands-on experience with SAGE
Experience with POS systems (Toast, Jackrabbit, Procare, Aloha, or SpotOn)
Proficient in accounting principles and financial reconciliation
Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred
Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
Work Environment & Schedule:
This position is fully on-site, Monday through Friday, at our Minneapolis office
Flexible hours available: Choose a schedule between 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM (e.g., 7-3, 8-4, etc.)
