Our client is seeking a Staff Accountant to join a tight-knit, hardworking, and personable finance team supporting a growing private organization This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about improving accounting processes and reporting accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform month-end close processes
Clean up and organize accounting data for accurate reporting
Prepare and reconcile financial reports between multiple systems
Create and post journal entries
Perform account reconciliations
Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leadership
Requirements:
Experience with Point-of-Sale (POS) accounting systems
SAGE Intacct experience is a must
Strong background in financial reporting and reconciliation
