Law firm seeking an experience Litigation Paralegal. The law firm focuses on insurance defense of bodily injury, first and third party claims. Their practice areas include various types of liability, insurance coverage, and construction law.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Insurance Defense Paralegal located in Downtown Miami. The Paralegal will be responsible for legal document preparation, communication, research, and document review tasks in support of insurance defense cases.
Qualifications
- Legal Document Preparation and Document Review skills
- Communication skills
- Research skills
- Experience in insurance defense or related legal field
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or related field is a plus
