- We are seeking an IT Specialist to join a world-class global consulting firm known for pioneering strategy, innovation, and business transformation.

What You'll Do:
- Provide front-line technical support to consultants and staff for hardware, software, mobile, and network issues in a fast-paced environment.
- Prepare, configure, and deploy laptops and mobile devices for new and existing employees.
- Troubleshoot and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and video conferencing systems.
- Collaborate with local and global IT teams to resolve user issues and maintain IT service excellence.
- Assist with asset tracking, inventory, hardware lifecycle management, and vendor coordination.
- Support on-site events by ensuring all technical aspects (AV, laptops, connectivity) run smoothly.
- Contribute to the documentation of internal knowledge articles and IT procedures.
- Take part in regional and global IT projects focused on improving tools, services, and infrastructure.

Your Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar technical support role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10, MacOS, and MS Office Suite.
- Experience troubleshooting operating systems, networks, and mobile devices.
- Familiarity with hardware and software asset management.
- Strong organizational and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift and move equipment as needed.
