A Florida based law firm seeks a Litigation Paralegal for their team in West Palm Beach for their Business Litigation practice group. The paralegal will work on state and federal litigation, arbitrations, and administrative proceedings. Typical responsibilities include document and discovery management, drafting pleadings and motions, and trial/hearing support and attendance. Business litigation experience required.
