Operations Coordinator (Contract) - Northwest Phoenix, AZ
Pay: $18-$20/hour
1-Year Contract | Onsite | Start Date: End of April

Beacon Hill is seeking a detail-oriented Operations Coordinator for our client based in Northwest Phoenix, AZ. This is a great opportunity for professionals with call center, administrative, or office experience who are looking to grow their career in the supply chain and logistics industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage customer orders

• Activate shipments, build and assign loads

• Schedule appointments, track and trace shipments

• Process invoicing and update financial records

• Handle non-standardized carrier payments (e.g., T-cheks)

• Cancel, reject, and resolve load-related issues

• Monitor task boards and shared inboxes for customer/carrier requests

• Document events and escalate when necessary

• Ensure data accuracy according to company and customer standards

Qualifications:

Required:

• High School Diploma or GED

• At least 1 year of administrative, office, or call center experience

• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills

• Availability to work evenings and/or weekends (if required)

Preferred:

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or a related field

• Experience in customer service, logistics, or call center environments

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Ability to thrive in a team-based, fast-paced setting

Work Environment:
This is a full-time, onsite role located in Northwest Phoenix. You'll be part of a dynamic team contributing to critical logistics operations.
