We are looking for an experienced React Native Developer who is exceptionally strong in debugging complex issues, identifying root causes quickly, and implementing precise, efficient solutions. You will be part of a fast-paced digital platform team supporting multiple brands in the Quick Serve Restaurant (QSR) space, integrated with Olo, Punchh, Yext, and FreedomPay.
Key Responsibilities:
* Quickly analyze and debug complex React Native issues in production and development environments.
* Trace problems to their root cause and provide permanent fixes.
* Collaborate closely with API (NestJS) and Web (Next.js) teams to triage, isolate, and resolve cross-platform issues.
* Deliver solutions for provided problem statements efficiently and effectively.
* Follow clean coding practices, performance optimization, and scalable architecture patterns.
* Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers when required.
Required Skills:
* 3+ years experience in React Native development.
* Strong debugging skills using tools like Flipper, Chrome DevTools, React Native Debugger, and Xcode/Android Studio.
* Deep understanding of React Native architecture, lifecycle, async storage, and state management (Redux/MobX/Context API).
* Familiarity with TypeScript.
* Experience working with third-party integrations (like Olo, Punchh, FreedomPay, Yext) is a plus.
* Strong analytical and root cause analysis skills.
* Experience handling performance bottlenecks, crash reports, memory leaks, and app stability.
Good to Have:
* Exposure to CI/CD pipelines for React Native.
* Knowledge of API development and debugging (NestJS) or Web debugging (Next.js).
* Experience in the QSR or food-tech domain.
