Our client is looking for an Imaging Technician to add to their team! This candidate should have one or more years of helpdesk experience. They will be responsible for imaging and deployment new laptops, as well as upgrades and refreshes to Windows 11. This person should be great at following instructions and working independently on tasks.
- 1+ year of IT support experience
- Familiarity with Windows OS imaging and deployment processes
- Basic troubleshooting skills and understanding of desktop hardware
- Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with users
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently on tasks
