Beacon Hill is hiring! Our client in downtown Chicago is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to join the Talent Acquisition team within a fast-paced financial services environment. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process from scheduling interviews to coordinating candidate communications, while providing a positive candidate experience and supporting recruiters and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews (phone, virtual, and on-site) between candidates and hiring teams across multiple locations and time zones.
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the interview process, providing timely updates and logistical information.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and support recruiting efforts.
  • Post job openings on internal and external job boards and social media platforms.
  • Manage employment processes including background checks, assessments, and onboarding documentation.
  • Assist with recruitment reporting and metrics tracking.
  • Help organize career fairs, recruitment events, and employer branding activities.
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience by providing high-quality, responsive support.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 1+ of experience in a recruiting or HR support role; experience in financial services is a plus.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
