Our client, a manufacturing company, is looking for to fill an entry level Data Entry Specialist position. This position is open due to growth in business and increase demand in their business unit. The client is willing and able to train. The ideal candidate who has some experience work in an administrative role within an office setting. This role requires great attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This is a temporary role that could turn into a permanent position. It is a 40 hour work week Monday through Friday and is 100% onsite in Chicago Heights.

Responsibilities

• Data entry regarding billing information
• Checking spreadsheets for data accuracy
• Assist teams on reports and other deadline driven projects
• Follow specific processes and procedures to ensure accuracy.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• 2+ years of office administer experience
• Computer savvy
• Detail oriented
• Able to work in fast paced, deadline driven role
• Upbeat personality
