We have a great opportunity for a Billing Specialist to join our client on an ongoing contract basis. This position offers the chance to work closely with internal teams and make a direct impact on billing operations. If you're organized, proactive, and experienced in high-volume construction billing, this could be your next big move!
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit billing packages per project requirements (e.g., AIA, lien waivers).
- Resolve billing discrepancies and process adjustments.
- Assist with contract and billing reconciliations.
- Support the Accounts Receivable team on various projects.
- Manage incoming inquiries (phone, email, in-person).
- Maintain process documentation and participate in cross-training.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Note: High-volume construction billing experience is required.
