A mid-sized, complex litigation firm in Campbell is looking for an experience litigation paralegal to join their firm. Looking for someone with 3+ years of civil litigation/ complex litigation experience that is interested in working on a diverse litigation desk. Ideal candidate is bright, eager to continue learning, and able to commute to the office 3 days out of the week.
Duties:
- preparing exhibits and discovery for state and federal courts
- supporting with document product and case research
- assisting with trial and aribitration preparation
- cite checking and preparing motions
Requirments:
- 3+ years of experience in high-pace litigation group
- knowledge of Federal and State court procedures
- proficiency with legal software such as iManage, Relativity, WestLaw and others.
