We are working with a leading regional firm in Nashville seeking a mid-level Associate Attonrey (3+ years) to join its M&A and Healthcare practice. This role involves advising healthcare systems, providers, and investors on mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and regulatory compliance. You'll draft, negotiate, and close deal documents, manage due diligence, and counsel clients on governance and reimbursement matters. Ideal candidates bring strong transactional experience in healthcare, excellent drafting and analytical skills, and a collaborative demeanor.
